REFLEXOLOGY • Reflexology is the gentle stimulation of reflexes in both feet to clear the body’s energy flow so that the body’s organs function effectively and normally. This creates a feeling of well-being through the restoration of vitality and balance. Aoife Clancy, Kelly Newcomb.

EAR CONING • This ancient art is a non invasive way to help control waxy build up, chronic ear congestion, sinus problems. Ear candles create a vacuum that draws out ear wax and fluids in a safe manner. Catherine Balaschi, Kelly Newcomb.

ANCIENT THAI YOGA MASSAGE • Done on a mat on the floor, Ancient Thai Yoga Massage involves stretching and deep massage. It originated in India and is based on Ayurveda and Yoga. Jocelyn Langer, certified in Nepal by Rahul Bharti and Marion Connors, certified by Kam Thye Bharti, are available by appointment.

SHIATSU • An ancient form of Japanese bodywork based on traditional Chinese medicine. Pressure and manipulation are applied to acupuncture meridians and points in order to stimulate energy and improve circulation. Sheila Chong, Certified by Boston School of Shiatsu.

AROMATHERAPY MASSAGE • Aromatherapy massage is massage therapy but with essential oils added to the massage oil. It is particularly suited to conditions involving stress. Our therapist will choose the added essential oil based on what you need. For example, a relaxing aromatherapy massage may include lavender or bergamot essential oil, while a massage for sore muscles might include peppermint or eucalyptus. Cathy Balaschi, LMT

PREGNANCY MASSAGE • Our Body Cushion System allows you a comfortable massage throughout your pregnancy!

LOMI LOMI MASSAGE • The art of Lomi Lomi is a massage therapy that has been practiced by the Hawaiians for many centuries. Believing that muscle tension and negative thinking can block energy flow, this technique works the muscles with continuous, flowing strokes that unblock energy and thus promote and maintain wellness, decongest the body, relieve pain and encourage deep relaxation. Suzann Rogers

POLARITY • This is an energetic treatment combined with massage to cleanse and align your “chakras”, or energy centers located along the midline of your body. You do not need to know what chakras are or how they work to feel the amazing centering effects of this massage. Betsy will first use traditional massage to help you reach a relaxed state. She will then use a crystal to clear your aura of any accumulated “junk” and will place crystals on your midline to balance the chakras. A full body massage is included in the 90 minute treatment. Pricing is the same as therapeutic massage. Betsy Montanari

MASSAGE CUPPING • Massage cupping is a modified version of the common practice of cupping therapy, used in traditional Chinese medicine. Massage cupping intensifies the therapeutic aspect of traditional massage and is an effective addition to a massage treatment. Cupping creates suction and negative pressure, which releases rigid soft tissue; drains excess fluids and toxins; loosens adhesions and lifts connective tissue; and brings blood flow to stagnant skin and muscles. Perfect for working with stubborn knots and areas of rigid tissue, massage cupping increases circulation and blood supply to the muscles allowing toxins to be carried away by the lymphatic system. Clients often describe deep warmth and a tingling sensation long after the treatment has ended. Suzann Rogers
